By using web-saas.digital or requesting services, you agree to these terms. If you are acting for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

Services

Web SaaS provides professional subscription revenue audit and review engagements as described on our service pages. Website content is informational. A separate scoping confirmation sets deliverables, fees, timelines, and access requirements before paid work begins.

No online checkout

This site does not process payments or complete purchases. Fee quotes on service pages are indicative until confirmed in writing.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide timely access to contracts, billing exports, ledger extracts, and knowledgeable contacts. Delays in access may extend timelines without reducing agreed fees for work already performed.

Intellectual property

Working papers and reports prepared for you are licensed for your internal use and for sharing with your auditors or advisors. Our templates, methodologies, and website materials remain our property.

Confidentiality

We treat client financial and commercial information as confidential and use it only to deliver the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.

Limitation of liability

Our work is advisory and sample-based. It does not constitute a statutory audit opinion unless expressly agreed in writing. Liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
